Introduction

Welcome to m66y. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and m66y ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the m66y website or associated mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the m66y platform immediately and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by m66y or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of m66y or any of its affiliated entities.

By creating an account on m66y, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements listed above. If at any point you cease to meet these requirements, you are obligated to notify m66y immediately and discontinue use of the Platform.

Account Registration

To access the full range of m66y services, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the m66y platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying m66y immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and up to date.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the m66y platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m66y supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at m66y's discretion.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed within the Cashier section of your Account.
• m66y does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only after KYC verification is complete on your Account.
• Withdrawal requests are initiated from m66y's side within one business day. Processing times thereafter depend on the payment provider used.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank follow standard interbank transfer timelines.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name, matching the name on your m66y Account.
• m66y reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

m66y offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before associated Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money funds in your Account balance. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• m66y reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may be voided if m66y determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using prohibited gaming strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Bonuses not activated or wagered requirements not met within the specified timeframe will lapse automatically.

Game Rules

All casino games available on the m66y platform — including but not limited to video slots, live dealer table games, crash games (including Aviator), Fortune Gems 2, RNG card games, and instant-win titles — are governed by the individual game rules published within each respective game interface.

The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• Game results are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of live table activity.
• m66y does not manipulate game outcomes. All published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the long-term theoretical payout of each game as certified by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection failure during a game round, m66y's records of the game state at the time of the malfunction shall be the authoritative reference for resolving any dispute.
• Bets placed and confirmed before a technical failure are honoured based on the game's recorded state. Bets that cannot be verified due to the malfunction may be voided and the stake returned.
• m66y reserves the right to void bets or game rounds that have been affected by errors in published odds, pay tables, or game configurations. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such instances.

Sports Betting

m66y's sportsbook covers a wide range of events, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket, international cricket (Test, ODI, T20I), domestic and international football leagues, UFC and combat sports, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following terms apply specifically to sports betting activity on m66y:

• All betting odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the market is closed or the event commences, whichever is earlier.
• Bets accepted before the commencement of an event are settled at the odds at which the bet was confirmed, not at any subsequently revised odds.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at m66y's discretion, including during live events, to manage risk or reflect changing event conditions.
• m66y reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by data feed errors or system faults.
• Match fixing, insider information, or any other form of corrupt activity related to sports betting is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per day, as displayed within the sportsbook interface.

Settlement of sports bets is performed based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL cricket). In the absence of an official result, m66y's determination shall be final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m66y platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the m66y platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds of illegal origin.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any non-human interaction method to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to m66y immediately.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the m66y platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive communications directed at m66y staff or other Players.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your m66y Account for any purpose.

Account Suspension & Termination

m66y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the m66y Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, m66y reserves the right to withhold and void any balance held in the Account at the time of termination, subject to the outcome of any internal review process.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons not related to a breach — such as voluntary closure — any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirement bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security checks.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m66y, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from games of chance where the outcome was unfavourable to the Player.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the m66y platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
• Errors in game software provided by third-party game providers, subject to the provisions of Section 7 of these Terms.
• Events of Force Majeure that prevent m66y from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms.

m66y's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

m66y collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account on m66y, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles applied by m66y include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the provision of gaming services, KYC compliance, and regulatory obligations.
• All data transmitted between the Player and the m66y platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under m66y's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and m66y:

1. The Player should first contact m66y's Customer Support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. m66y will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter to m66y's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to the support email address.
3. m66y will provide a formal written response to all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
4. Where a resolution cannot be reached through m66y's internal process, the dispute may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under m66y's applicable gaming licence framework.

m66y's records of all gaming transactions, account activity, and communications shall be the primary and authoritative reference in any dispute resolution process, absent clear and compelling evidence to the contrary.
